With some justification it could be argued that racism, at least institutional or structural racism has been reduced. However, racism and prejudice persist and emerge often in the context of inter-ethnic sexuality. This paper questions the use of the term inter-racial and adopts the term inter-ethnic. It explores the apparent increase in inter-ethnic relationships in the United Kingdom. Finally, it considers these relationships in the context of reason rather than racism. 7 pgs.
