This paper looks at the reality of certain problems for the institution and organization of government created by limitations in human nature. In this paper we look at Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Alexander Hamilton's ideas that resolved this problem in a persuasive manner. 4 pgs. 4 f/c. 3b.
