John Rawls' Theory in the Light of Fundamental Intuitive and Organizational Ideas.
Paper discusses John Rawls' contribution to social and political philosophy referring to his intuitive principle explored in early papers of fairness a guarantor of liberty, and with the social contract, in modified and always changing form, the organizational idea allowing complex societies to function constructively. Mention is made of the veil of ignorance to be in place when making decisions or laws affecting populations.
