Union Members Continue to Benefit from Collective Bargaining
This paper shall explore the historic and continuing need for collective bargaining as it has a direct impact upon the livlihood and lives of union members. It will assert that the historic needs that created unions in the beginning continue to be relevant today, particularly in the face of our shifting labor demographic and shrinking wages and benefits.
