Globalization, Its Drives, and Its Effect Upon New Orleans
This paper shall examine four questions related to globalization and the New Orleans area. First, what is globalization? Second, what are the major forces that drive globalization? Third, what are four specific effects that globalization has had on communities in New Orleans. Fourth and finally, what are the major regional trading blocs that have an effect on how globalization is handled in the region?
