This paper is a proposal for a hyothesis testing of the changes in temperature noted from the temperatures recoprded throughout July, 2004 in Concord California compared to the mean temperature for earlier years to ascertain whether the temperature is showing a rise or any other change over that period, noting the elemnets of the research design and how a conclusion is to be reached.
