Validity and Reliability of California Achievement Tests
This paper discusses the validity and reliability of the California Achievement Tests. The paper discusses why the CAT is Valid in that it performs the task of helping teachers and parents develop the best education plan for their children whether they have disabilities or not. The CAT is reliable in that it offers test-retest reliability. The CAT has inter-rater reliability.
