Early Childhood Disabilities: Implications of School System Restructuring on Students with Disabilities.
This paper examines the implications of qualified special needs educators within public classrooms. A case study of mild autism is used to emphasize the arguement that special needs educators are necessary for promoting the initial educational development of students.
