Occupational Safety Among Minors: Addressing Concerns for Workplace Hazards.
This paper addresses the factors that might contribute to injury within the population of employed minors and suggest reform change that could alleviate the frequency of injury. An occupational health conceptual framework is used to address potential change within this area of employment as a means of reducing the frequency of injury.
