This three-page paper seeks to bring forth the importance of the role played by the champion of liberty, Frederick Douglass. Douglass was a slave like all other black men born in his time; he however proved that he was no ordinary person. He turned the hardships of this life into an example for other black men by becoming the boldest and most courageous leader of human rights and abolition of slavery. 3 pgs.
